Catch is seeking a highly motivated and commercially astute Strategic Partnerships Manager to join its growing team in Sandton. This is a critical role within the organisation, reporting directly to the Global Head of Partnerships, and plays a central part in executing the company’s global partnership strategy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, activating, and managing strategic and referral partners while also taking ownership of partnership and sales processes related to one of the company’s newest and most important product offerings, Claims Monetization. This position is designed for an individual who is confident operating in a front-office environment, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, and capable of driving measurable revenue growth through partner ecosystems.

This role offers exposure to international markets, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the company’s 2026 growth objectives through partner-led pipeline generation and deal closures.

Role Purpose

The Strategic Partnerships Manager is responsible for building and scaling a high-performing partnerships ecosystem that generates sustainable revenue and long-term value. This includes developing referral pipelines, managing existing partner relationships, onboarding new strategic partners, and ensuring strong engagement across sales, marketing, and product teams.

A key component of this role is the ownership of partnerships and sales processes related to Claims Monetization. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking, relationship management, sales execution, and data-driven reporting to ensure partnerships are commercially effective and aligned with broader business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Expanding the Partnership-Generated Pipeline

The Strategic Partnerships Manager will actively develop and activate referral channels to create a consistent flow of high-quality partner-introduced opportunities. This includes identifying new referral sources, prospecting potential partners from a defined focus list, and managing partner-driven deals through the full sales lifecycle.

You will be responsible for cold outreach, relationship building, and ongoing channel management with existing partners to strengthen engagement and increase the volume and quality of referrals. Monitoring and reporting on the referral pipeline is essential, ensuring opportunities progress smoothly through internal sales and delivery teams.

2. Driving Partner-Influenced Revenue Growth

A core focus of the role is supporting enterprise-level deals introduced or influenced by partners. You will work closely with internal sales and client teams to convert partner-referred opportunities into signed agreements.

This includes equipping partners with the right tools, messaging, and insights to effectively position the company’s value proposition. Responsibilities may include delivering partner training sessions, developing presentations, preparing case studies, and identifying potential blockers within deal flows. You will proactively address challenges to improve conversion rates and accelerate revenue realization.

3. Acquiring and Onboarding Strategic Partners

The Strategic Partnerships Manager will identify and secure new strategic partners aligned with the company’s long-term growth strategy. These partners may include, but are not limited to, Custodian Fund Administrators, Investment Consultants, Brand Ambassadors, Management Companies, Trustees, Fund Liquidation Specialists, and Custodians.

You will support the full onboarding journey, from initial engagement and commercial discussions through to activation and go-live. Each new partner must have a clearly defined engagement plan, performance expectations, and a structured path to value creation to ensure mutual success.

4. Enhancing Partner Engagement and Market Activation

This role requires close collaboration with the marketing team to drive joint partner initiatives that increase market visibility and engagement. You will be involved in coordinating press releases, joint webinars, industry events, and other co-marketing activities with both new and existing partners.

Regular partner engagement is essential to identify collaboration opportunities, maximise joint value propositions, and ensure partners remain active advocates of the company’s solutions.

5. Ownership of Claims Monetization Partnerships and Sales Processes

A unique and important aspect of this role is full ownership of partnership and sales processes related to the Claims Monetization product offering. You will manage end-to-end partner engagement, generate deal flow, and maintain relationships with both partners and clients involved in claims monetization transactions.

This includes participating directly in sales processes, managing client communications, preparing proposals and presentations, and hosting educational sessions or webinars. You will collaborate with multiple internal teams to ensure effective front-office management and a seamless experience for partners and customers.

6. Strategic Reporting and Partner Performance Analysis

The Strategic Partnerships Manager is responsible for tracking, analysing, and reporting on key partnership metrics, including pipeline contribution, revenue performance, and engagement levels. You will maintain and continuously improve reporting dashboards to provide visibility against 2026 targets.

By analysing performance data and partner feedback, you will provide actionable insights to refine partnership strategies, improve processes, and drive stronger outcomes across the ecosystem.

Additional Responsibilities
