Experience and Journey Design
The designer will support the creation and improvement of user journeys across digital platforms.
Responsibilities include:

- Supporting simplification of user processes such as RICA registration and SIM swaps
- Enhancing digital customer experiences across defined journey components
- Contributing to omnichannel design across app, web, WhatsApp, USSD, and assisted channels

Interface Design and Design Systems
The role involves creating consistent and visually aligned interface designs.
