About the Opportunity
Fidelity Services Group is recruiting a Regional Client Liaison Officer (CLO) for its Cash Processing division in KwaZulu-Natal.
This role is ideal for experienced professionals with cash centre operations knowledge, treasury balancing skills, and strong client service abilities. The successful candidate will report directly to the Regional Operations Manager and help oversee the daily operational activities within the cash processing centre.
The position requires someone who can work under pressure, manage queries efficiently, maintain operational accuracy, and ensure client deposits are processed correctly according to contractual agreements.
Main Purpose of the Role
The Regional Client Liaison Officer is responsible for:
- Maintaining the daily operation of the branch
- Ensuring deposits are processed accurately
- Managing treasury balancing functions
- Handling operational and client-related queries
- Supporting smooth cash processing centre operations
- Maintaining strong professional relationships with clients
The role plays a critical part in ensuring operational efficiency, accountability, and customer satisfaction within the cash processing environment.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Previous cash centre experience
- PSIRA Grade C registration (non-negotiable)
- Knowledge of treasury functions
- Ability to reconcile and balance counted products
- Supervisory knowledge and experience
