Job Overview
TWK Agri is offering an opportunity for a General Worker within its Trade Division at the Vryheid Retail branch. This is an entry-level role suited for individuals who are hardworking, physically fit, and ready to work in a warehouse and retail support environment.
The role plays an important part in ensuring smooth daily operations, especially in handling stock, maintaining order, and supporting logistics activities.
Job Purpose
- Assist with general warehouse and retail duties
- Ensure efficient handling and storage of goods
- Support stock control and inventory processes
- Maintain a clean and organised working environment
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Load and off-load goods from delivery trucks
- Assist with receiving and dispatching stock
- Ensure goods are handled carefully to prevent damage
Stock Control
- Sort and store goods in the correct locations
- Assist with stock counting and inventory checks
- Help maintain accurate stock records
Housekeeping
- Keep the working area clean, safe, and organised
- Follow workplace safety standards at all times
- Ensure proper storage and arrangement of goods
General Duties
- Assist team members where required
- Be available to work overtime when needed
- Support daily operational needs of the business
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Good communication skills
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
- Good health condition
- Honest, reliable, and trustworthy
