Main Purpose of the Role
The Retail Shop Assistant will assist with:
- Sales and customer service
- Merchandising and stock control
- Retail floor operations
- Assisting customers with product selection
- Maintaining store presentation standards
- Supporting overall branch operations
The role offers hands-on exposure to tools, machinery, hardware products, and retail business procedures.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
- Previous retail or sales exposure (preferred)
- Basic understanding of customer service
- Willingness to learn and grow
Advantageous Experience

- Retail sales experience

- Stock taking and stock control
