Role Overview
A leading mobility and rental services organisation, Motus Corporation, is seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Pricing Administrator to support the Europcar and Tempest Car Hire business units.
This role focuses on maintaining accurate customer databases, processing rental facility applications, and ensuring correct and timely administration of corporate and individual client data within a high-volume operational environment.
Core Purpose
To maintain and manage the customer and ready service database by ensuring accurate client information, supporting pricing and rental administration processes, and assisting with the efficient handling of vouchers, accounts, and corporate records within Europcar systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Data Management
- Maintain and update customer and corporate databases
- Load, amend, and delete client information accurately
- Manage individual and corporate Ready Service profiles
- Remove duplicate and dormant accounts
2. Rental Application Processing
- Load rental facility applications into internal systems
- Reject and report incorrect applications (APM20 process)
- Maintain APC66 and other client profile systems
- Create and manage Edin Numbers for client identification
3. Voucher & Credit Control Administration
- Order and distribute rental vouchers
- Cancel vouchers where required
- Ensure accurate tracking and control of voucher systems
- Support branch and sales teams with voucher-related queries
4. Corporate Account Administration
- Maintain corporate Ready Service accounts
- Process company name changes, VAT updates, and registration details
- Manage CT Link account processes (corporate client transfers)
- Ensure accurate linking of client accounts across systems
5. Reporting & System Maintenance
- Extract Ready lists for sales teams (CLR93 function code)
- Maintain system accuracy across all customer databases
- Report daily issues to sales and operations teams
- Ensure data integrity across all platforms
6. Communication & Support
- Respond to branch and sales team requests via email
- Provide accurate and timeous information to stakeholders
- Support resolution of traffic fine redirection queries
- Maintain strong communication with internal departments
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4)
- Minimum 2 years’ advanced administration experience within Europcar or Tempest Car Hire environment
- Advanced MS Excel proficiency (essential)
- Working knowledge of MS Word and Outlook
- Intermediate experience with Impress system
