Role Overview

Core Purpose
To drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and consistently achieving sales targets within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
1. Territory Sales Management
- Manage and grow a defined sales territory
- Ensure consistent customer coverage and engagement
- Identify sales opportunities within FMCG distribution channels
- Maintain an active sales pipeline
2. New Business Development
- Identify and approach potential customers
- Conduct cold calling and prospecting activities
- Present product offerings and solutions

3. Account Management
- Manage existing customer accounts

4. Full Sales Cycle Ownership

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- 3–5 years sales experience (FMCG or related industry preferred)
- Proven experience in field / external / territory sales (essential)
- Valid driver’s licence
- Own reliable vehicle (essential)
