Role Overview
This is a B2B FMCG sales role within Hire Resolve, focused on outbound selling, territory growth, and relationship management across both formal retail and informal trade channels.

Core Purpose
The main objective of this role is to generate revenue growth through new business development and account management. The Outbound Sales Representative is responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through to closing deals and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Territory Development & Sales Growth
You will manage a defined geographic or customer territory, identifying opportunities for expansion and increasing overall market penetration.
This includes regular client visits, prospecting, and strategic engagement with both existing and potential customers.
2. New Business Acquisition
A key focus is identifying and converting new business opportunities.
You will actively generate leads, engage decision-makers, and convert prospects into long-term customers through structured selling techniques.
3. Account Management
You will manage existing customer accounts to ensure consistent repeat business and long-term relationships.
This includes maintaining regular communication, resolving client issues, and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
4. Full Sales Cycle Management
You will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, including:
- Lead generation
- Product presentation

5. Sales Target Achievement
You will be required to consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Performance will be measured through revenue growth, account retention, and new customer acquisition.
6. Market Intelligence & Reporting

This information supports strategic planning and improves overall sales effectiveness.
7. Customer Engagement
You will promote FMCG products directly to customers through presentations, visits, and engagement activities.
Strong communication and product knowledge are essential to influence purchasing decisions.
8. Internal Collaboration
You will work closely with internal departments such as logistics, operations, and marketing to ensure smooth service delivery and support sales growth initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- 3–5 years’ sales experience (FMCG or related industry preferred)
- Experience in field sales, external sales, or territory sales (essential)
- Valid driver’s licence
- Own reliable vehicle (essential)
