A well-established industrial equipment supply company is currently seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Branch Manager to take full responsibility for its Rustenburg operations. Purpose of the Role

Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Management

2. Sales Leadership and Business Development

This involves developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and expanding the branch’s customer base. You will also oversee the full sales process, including pricing, quotations, tenders, and solution-based selling.
3. Customer Relationship Management

Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) is essential
- A tertiary qualification in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field will be advantageous
- 8–10 years’ experience in sales, operations, or branch management
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting and reporting
- Experience in stock control, logistics, and operational management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
