The role focuses on outbound field sales, territory development, and building strong, long-term customer relationships across both formal retail and informal trade channels.
Core Purpose
To drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and consistently achieving sales targets within a defined sales territory.
Key Responsibilities
1. Territory Sales Execution
- Manage and grow a designated sales territory
- Ensure consistent customer coverage and engagement
- Identify new opportunities within FMCG channels
- Maintain an active and healthy sales pipeline
2. New Business Development
- Prospect and acquire new customers
- Conduct cold calling and client visits
- Present product offerings and solutions

3. Account Management
- Manage existing customer accounts
- Ensure repeat business and retention
- Strengthen client relationships

4. Full Sales Cycle Management
- Handle lead generation through to deal closure

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- 3–5 years sales experience (FMCG or related industry preferred)
- Proven field sales / external sales / territory sales experience (essential)
- Valid driver’s licence
- Own reliable vehicle (essential)
