Job Overview
Motus Corporation is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative for Auto Pedigree in Kimberley. This role is ideal for a motivated, sales-driven individual who is passionate about the automotive industry and eager to grow within a fast-paced retail sales environment.
The purpose of the position is to achieve sales targets, promote the Auto Pedigree brand, and actively grow the customer base through strong relationship-building and proactive selling.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Performance
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Drive strategies to grow revenue and expand the customer base
- Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams
- Negotiate and close vehicle sales effectively
Customer Engagement
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options
- Accompany customers on test drives and assist with documentation
- Manage customer expectations and ensure high service delivery
Product Knowledge & Brand Promotion
- Develop strong knowledge of vehicle features, capabilities, and benefits
- Promote the Auto Pedigree brand professionally and consistently
- Assist in showroom setup and vehicle display presentation
Administration & Reporting
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales records
- Ensure accurate completion of sales documentation
- Handle customer escalations and provide feedback where required
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- 2 years’ sales and customer service experience with proven sales track record
- Code 08 unendorsed driver’s license (essential)
- Own reliable transport
- Computer literate
- Understanding of retail compliance (advantageous)
- Knowledge of local languages (advantageous)
- Basic understanding of automotive products (desirable)
