Job Overview

iqbusiness is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to join its Insights division, specifically within the Custom & Communities practice. This role is suited to a seasoned delivery, programme, or operations professional with a strong background in market research, consulting, analytics, or professional services.

The position focuses on managing delivery across multiple projects, ensuring operational efficiency, and improving coordination between teams, stakeholders, and delivery pipelines.

This is not a traditional project management or junior coordination role. It is a senior delivery-focused position requiring strong operational oversight and multi-project management capability.


Key Responsibilities

Delivery Management & Capacity Planning

  • Maintain visibility of delivery demand across multiple concurrent projects
  • Support effective resource allocation and capacity planning across teams
  • Assist in sequencing projects to improve delivery flow and efficiency
  • Reduce delivery bottlenecks and improve predictability of outputs

Operational & Delivery Governance

  • Track project timelines, milestones, and delivery progress across portfolios
  • Implement and maintain delivery frameworks, tools, and reporting structures
  • Ensure alignment between operational capacity and delivery commitments
  • Standardise delivery processes to improve consistency and efficiency

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with Insights Leads, project teams, and senior stakeholders
  • Provide clear updates on delivery status, risks, and dependencies
  • Facilitate coordination between multiple teams and workstreams
  • Support communication between operational and client-facing teams

Risk & Performance Management

  • Identify delivery risks, constraints, and dependencies early
  • Propose practical solutions to improve efficiency and mitigate delays
  • Monitor performance metrics across delivery streams
  • Continuously refine delivery processes and workflows

Planning & Proposal Support

  • Contribute to project planning, timelines, and resource forecasting
  • Support accurate scoping of new client work
  • Ensure alignment between delivery capability and client expectations

Minimum Requirements

  • 5–7 years’ experience in Project Management, Programme Management, Delivery Management, or Operations Management
  • Experience in Market Research, Insights, Consulting, Analytics, or Professional Services environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects or portfolios simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of capacity planning, resource management, and delivery coordination

Advantageous Experience

  • Previous exposure to insights, research, or analytics environments
  • Experience in consulting or agency-style client delivery environments

  • This is not a junior or administrative coordination position
  • The role does not include direct people management responsibilities
