Job Overview
MPC Connect is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join their team as Online English Tutors based in Umhlanga, Durban. This role involves teaching English to international students through a virtual classroom setup in a structured office environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver English lessons to international students in an online classroom environment
- Facilitate interactive and engaging learning sessions tailored to student needs
- Provide constructive feedback to help learners improve their English proficiency
- Maintain a supportive, professional, and positive learning atmosphere
- Follow structured lesson plans and teaching guidelines
- Ensure consistent student participation and progress tracking
Minimum Requirements
- A completed degree (any field acceptable)
- Strong command of the English language (neutral accent preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate online teaching platforms
- Willingness to work shifts, including evenings and weekends if required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Advantageous
- TEFL/TESOL certification (preferred but not compulsory)
- Prior tutoring, teaching, or facilitation experience
