Job Overview
Fidelity ADT is seeking a driven and results-oriented Hybrid Sales Consultant to join their Eastern Cape sales team. This role focuses on selling advanced security solutions to both residential and commercial clients while developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships.
The successful candidate will operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, combining field sales activity with administrative and reporting responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Sell armed response and monitoring service agreements
- Promote and sell security system upgrades including alarms, CCTV, electric fencing, and related technologies
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through self-generated leads and company-provided leads
- Exceed monthly and annual sales targets consistently
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Engage with estate agents, builders, architects, and other referral partners
- Provide tailored security solutions based on client needs
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Ensure all sales documentation is completed correctly and timeously
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending deals to maximise conversions
- Manage administrative duties related to sales processes
Product & Industry Engagement
- Stay informed on security systems such as IDS, DSC, AJAX, and similar technologies
- Demonstrate understanding of electronic security solutions and upgrades
- Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent qualification
- Proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting targets
- Experience in capital goods sales is advantageous
- PSIRA registration (Grade C)
- Valid driver’s licence
- Own reliable vehicle
